An incident response plan is a tool used to prepare your business for a disturbance or emergency. It is designed to reduce potential harm and damage to you and your business (Business Queensland, 2024). It is a key component of your business continuity plan which, following an incident, details:

需採取哪些行動：包括緊急應變，以及事件發生期間、事件剛發生後，還有事件後續需採取的行動。

如何完成這些行動：每項行動應遵循的步驟和程序。

由誰來負責完成：每項行動或任務由哪位員工或個人負責。

What actions need to be taken. This includes an immediate response, as well as actions during, or immediately after, and following the incident.

How will these actions be completed. What steps or procedures should be followed for each action.

Who will complete them. Which staff member or individual will be responsible for each action or activity.
